Adams Park Brief History
Adams Park is the home of Wycombe Wanderers Football Club who were founded in 1887 at a meeting held at the Steam Engine pub on Station Road. Playing friendly matches in its early years, the club joined the Southern League in 1896, a year after having moved to Loakes Park, which was to be its home for 95 years.
Where To Sit?
Frank Adams Stand
This is our most-booked area of the stadium, offering the best views of the pitch and Chiltern Hills, and it comes with its own concourse area which serves food and drink and has TVs displaying live sport. Please note there is no step-free access to the stand, though there is lift access to the base of the stand, with a set of steps leading to the seats.
Family Stand
Located on the lower south side of Adams Park, the Family Stand is an ideal area for younger supporters and their families, being close to the action and providing access to players for photos and autographs before and after the game. It has simple access from the turnstiles, two kiosks serving food and drinks, and designated accessible areas.
Terrace
The beating heart of the Adams Park atmosphere! The standing terrace accommodates 1,430 supporters behind the goal at the west end of the stadium. Supporters must be aged 12 and above to purchase a ticket for this stand, due to minimum height requirements. There's easy access to the Chairboys Village (which has food and drink outlets) and you get a great view of the goalmouth action right in front of you!
Origin Stand
This stand gives you the choice of sitting, or watching from our designated pitch side standing areas, while there's easy access to the bars. Here, you'll be close to the tunnel and dugouts, allowing you to get up close to the players and coaches! It's also the closest stand to the car park, though all seats are above pitch level and require steps to access them.
Accessibility
Wycombe Wanderers aim to make the matchday experience as enjoyable and inclusive for all supporters. We have wheelchair accessible seating in our Family Stand, and supporters that require a carer can purchase tickets.
We run a shuttle bus to and from the ground on matchdays called the 'Wycombe 1' which operates between High Wycombe and the Stadium.
