Every day throughout August, you can experience The Longest Yarn 2: Britain at War, a 60-metre-long knitted and crocheted artwork commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. This intricate 3D exhibition, handcrafted by skilled artisans, brings to life the stories, resilience, and triumph of different aspects of World War 2.
The exhibition has been touring the country this year, with the number of panels growing at each venue. When it reaches COAM, there will be over 60 crafted panels.
