Do you have what it takes to become a Carousel Buses bus driver? 

If you have a passion for delivering great customer service, we want you to join our driving squad at Carousel Buses, High Wycombe! 

We’re searching for individuals who have the following:  

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and smart appearance
  • Held a UK driving licence for at least 12 months and have at least one year’s driving experience
  • Flexibility to work shifts 
     

Having a PCV licence is not essential, so there's no need to worry if you’ve never driven a bus before! Full training will be given, and you will be paid while you learn to drive a bus – in as little as 6 weeks!

You’ll start on £13.40 per hour from your first day of training or induction, increasing to £16.15 per hour (£16.50 at weekends) once you are driving solo. 

We also offer a £4,000 bonus scheme for existing PCV licence holders.
