New bus services for The Henley College from September 2025

We will be launching new services 620, 624 and 625 for scholars at The Henley College from September 2025, providing direct links from towns and villages across South Buckinghamshire and South Oxfordshire.

Carousel Buses have worked in partnership with The Henley College to develop a network of bespoke services across its catchment area in South Buckinghamshire and South Oxfordshire, to complement the popular local bus links already provided. These services will operate on days when Henley College is open for scholars, and will commence from the start of the new academic year in September 2025. More details can be found under each route header below.

Service 620

This route will link Princes Risborough, Chinnor, Aston Rowant, Watlington and Nettlebed with Henley. Passes for this service are now on sale here. There are a maximum of 30 available for sale, so be sure to book soon to avoid disappointment. You can find a timetable for service 620, effective from September 2025, by clicking here. Service 624

This route will link Denham, Gerrards Cross, The Chalfonts, Seer Green, Beaconsfield, Loudwater, Wooburn Green and Bourne End with Henley. Passes for this service are now on sale here. Service 625

This route will link Thame, Tiddington, Chalgrove, Tetsworth, Postcombe, Stokenchurch, Lane End and Marlow with Henley. Passes for this service are now on sale here. Cost of passes

The Academic Annual passes are now available to purchase through the links above. There are two options for how to pay.

For those wishing to pay in full as a one-off, you can do so by selecting "Pay in Full Today" from the Payment Plan drop down menu. The cost of passes purchased as a one-off is £985.

We also offer the ability to spread the cost of the payments between a one-off deposit, due now, and then 6 monthly instalments due over the course of the academic year. For those wishing to spread the cost of the annual pass, you can do so by selecting "Pay in 6" from the Payment Plan drop down menu. This consists of an initial payment of £100 due today, followed by 6 payments of £147.50 taken each month, starting on the 15th September 2025.

Pass validity

Not only is the academic annual pass valid on the service that you are booking for, it can also be used across all local bus services (non scholar services) operated by Carousel Buses over the course of the The Henley College academic year, including at weekends! This includes service 850 that operates up to every 15 minutes between High Wycombe, Marlow and Henley, continuing every 30 minutes to Wargrave, Twyford and Reading.
