Changes to Zone A/Wycombe SMARTzone boundary

From 31st August 2025, we'll be making a small change to the south-eastern boundary of Zone A/Wycombe SMARTzone and Zone B.
Bourne End and Wooburn will now sit within Zone B, rather than Zone A and Wycombe SMARTzone.
This will mean customers travelling between Maidenhead and Bourne End, for example, will now be able to use a Zone B/C ticket rather than requiring a Zone A/B/C product. Customers travelling between High Wycombe and Bourne End will now need to purchase a Zone A/B ticket.
This change will affect our 36 & 37 services, with the new boundary stops as follows:
Service 36: Flackwell Heath, Blind Lane will be in Zone A/Wycombe SMARTzone. and Bourne End, Waborne Road will be in Zone B.
Service 37 (inc. 37M & 37S, and 36S): Wooburn Green, The Red Lion PH will be in Zone A/Wycombe SMARTzone and Wooburn, Town Lane will be in Zone B.
Service 37B: Wooburn Green, Whitepit Lane Bottom will be in Zone A and Wooburn, Town Lane will be in Zone B.
All of the PickMeUp service will continue to be covered by Zone A and Wycombe SMARTzone.
Zone A and Wycombe SMARTzone continue to cover the same geographical area as each other, with Zone A tickets allowing travel on just Carousel services and Wycombe SMARTzone tickets allowing travel on all participating operators. Full details can be found on the Wycombe SMARTzone website.

Any customers impacted by this change will be able to continue to use their existing ticket up to and including 30th August 2025. From the 31st August, you’ll need to make sure you have a ticket which covers the Zones on the full length of your journey.
